# How to Make It:
01 - Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine bell peppers and red onion with olive oil, oregano, basil, garlic powder, crushed red pepper flakes if using, kosher salt, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
03 - Spread the seasoned vegetables evenly across the prepared baking sheet. Nestle the Italian sausages evenly among the vegetables.
04 - Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for 25 to 30 minutes. Flip sausages and stir vegetables halfway through cooking. Ensure sausages reach an internal temperature of 160°F and vegetables are tender and caramelized.
05 - Remove from oven and allow to rest for 2 to 3 minutes. Optionally slice sausages before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley or basil and serve hot.
