- Freshly ground black pepper: 1/4 tsp
- Crushed red pepper flakes (optional): 1/2 tsp
Instructions
- Preheat oven:
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) Lightly grease a small baking dish (about 1 litre/1 quart capacity)
- Combine dairy ingredients:
- In a large mixing bowl combine the softened cream cheese sour cream and mayonnaise Beat until smooth and creamy
- Add cheese and vegetables:
- Stir in mozzarella 30 g (1/4 cup) of the Parmesan spinach artichoke hearts and minced garlic Mix well
- Season:
- Season with salt black pepper and red pepper flakes if using
- Prepare for baking:
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly
- Add topping:
- Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese over the top
- Bake:
- Bake for 20 25 minutes or until the dip is bubbling and golden on top
